The record

Every institution has a founding document. Makairo’s is a track. Before this studio had a domain, an archive, or a shop, it had a name spoken on air in the intro of Broadcast the Future — the only track in the catalogue that credits Makairo Studios as an artist. The record is the network’s thesis compressed to four minutes: nobody is scheduled to cover what gets built here, so the builders operate the transmitter themselves.

Listen to it as an engineering document and the verses read like a systems diagram — every track a protocol, every lyric a commit, every builder a node. The bridge answers the oldest objection on the frontier ("wait for the infrastructure") with the network’s standing reply: we are the infrastructure. When the FUTURE SIGNAL campaign runs under #BroadcastTheFuture, this is the transmission order it takes its name from.
